WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE PRICES?
All prices are in Euros.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our apparel printing operations are located in France and the United States, from where we ship worldwide. Some of our specialty items are located in countries such as Australia, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are not provided for all orders. It varies from order to order, so this can not be expected.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Apparel like t-shirts, hoodies etc. are custom printed and should be received within an average of 5-14 days in the US and Europ.
For other items, the delivery window is between 3-7 weeks. Most items are processed within 24-48 hours - however some items may take 3-7 business days to process.
To keep prices low for you, we choose the shipping method depending on the order volume.
If you need a faster shipping or wish to be sure to get a tracking number, please contact us and this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please remember to inform us about your country.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Apparel are custom printed on demand. Therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.
Other items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the item. Return costs are covered by the customer.
Damaged items will be replaced. For damaged items please attach pictures of the damages.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR OTHER CHARGES?
Usually, you don't. However, depending on the destination country, a tax and/or any duty charge may incur. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Giftsbury is not, nor will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
Should the purchaser have any doubt as to whether these charges may be applicable they should seek further information from the relevant authority in their country. We cannot advise on these fees - however it is generally unlikely that they will apply unless you are purchasing for commercial resale.
